AGC Pharma Chemicals Europe participated in the Event Digitalization of Pharma Operations 4.0, hosted by OYTEC, last October 21st, and shared with the pharma community the exciting trip towards the Digital Transformation of the site.

Our colleague Mrs. Nina Mikadze, Manager of Systems and Process Control, presented the successful implementation of the Electronic Batch Record (eBR) completely connected to the Distributed Control System (DCS), as one of the projects of our road map of site digitalization.

With this achievement, AGC Pharma Chemicals Europe becomes pioneer, among the pharma-chemical industry in Spain, for the complete integration of the DCS with eBR, going beyond the Paper on Glass concept.

The fulfilment of this goal has been possible thanks to the contribution of all AGC Pharma Chemicals Europe colleagues and the support of the SIEMENS Development Team.
